BIO-key is seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Account Executive (EAE), to join our dynamic US Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to enterprises, both directly and through channel partnerships, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
The EAE will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass targets within their designated region. Key responsibilities include managing channel partners, generating new business, planning account strategies, fostering client relationships, negotiating pricing, and executing contracts. Additionally, the EAE will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in collaboration with our Sales Development and Marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate a long-term strategy for building new business pipelines.
- Effectively leverage channels and partnerships to uncover new opportunities.
- Prospect key accounts from the Target Account List (TAL) to generate new opportunities.
- Engage with large enterprise and government accounts to secure sales.
- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy for your region.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Qualify leads and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Collaborate with BIO-Key Solution Architects for product demonstrations.
- Meet monthly and quarterly forecasting commitments.
- Attend key events to build new business relationships (some travel required).
- Ensure accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
- Cultivate daily relationships with partners and prospects.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to create new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience in complex software solutions as an enterprise seller.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the US cybersecurity market.
- Highly desirable: experience selling IAM solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Strong relationship-building skills with existing market contacts.
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and multiple decision-makers.
- Effective planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with account-based selling and consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDPIC methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to take on additional duties and projects as assigned.
